The purpose of this organization is to:
To generally promote, enhance and protect neighborliness and goodwill among its members.
To make the Palmetto Point area a better place in which to live and move aggressively into the future with the welfare of its members paramount in enhancing the value of the Association and neighborhood.
To be concerned with things affecting the residents of the area and working for constant improvement.
To promote fellowship, unity, and a sense of belonging to an organization that cares about the neighborhood and investment value of the Association and real property owners.
To encourage all Association members to act in good faith in following guidelines set forth in the by-laws.

Out of area current members are guaranteed a spot if you sign-up the first two weeks, 1/3 AND 1/10

TWO forms of identification – Must be State issued ID AND a utility bill.
MUST have BOAT REGISTRATION
MUST have tag registration.
